Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen

Bereits vor einem Jahr habe ich Sie über das EU-Projekt SMILE-VET informiert, an dem Stadtbücherei und Stadtarchiv Dornbirn teilnehmen. Dabei habe ich Sie gebeten, mir über Ihre Erfahrungen mit E-Learning zu berichten und mir Ihre Bibliotheks-Aktivitäten zu beschreiben, die Sie für Menschen in (Berufs-)Ausbildung anbieten.

Nach über einem Jahr intensiver Arbeit an diesem Projekt dürfen wir Ihnen nun einige Ergebnisse präsentieren: Die Broschüre "Where Culture meets Vocational Education" liegt druckfrisch bei mir. Gerne sende ich Sie Ihnen zu!

Die E-Learning-Module sind kurz vor der Fertigstellung; sie finden Sie ab Sommer auf der Homepage www.smile-vet.eu, wo sie im Rahmen des "Learning Network" ausprobiert werden können.

Beiliegend finden Sie auch die Einladung zur Abschlusskonferenz, die im Zeichen von Kultur, Bildung und Inklusion steht.

Culture makes the difference



The conference Culture makes the difference offers a space for cultural workers, educators, vocational trainers, professionals in method development, and others, to meet, get inspired, exchange good practices and develop new ideas to interdisciplinary cooperation projects.
SMILE-VET (www.smile-vet.eu) is an EU Lifelong-learning project that explores how to use archives, museums and libraries in vocational education. The 7 partners of the project will present their contributions to the project and launch the developed results; a publication with examples on good practices in Europe, an e-Learning network with innovative learning modules, and a 'live' training course for trainers in vocational education and training.
